Conference Registration, Accommodation and Payment

Colloquium Fees

The Colloquium fee (Full or Student), which includes a welcome reception on the first night, buffet lunch and evening meals, scientific excursion and the Colloquium Dinner are as follows:

1. Full late registration: 450 Euros per person
2. Students and young researchers (born in 1981 or later): 250 Euros per person
3. Single Day Registration*: 150 Euros per person
4. Accompanying Person Registration Fee**: 120 Euros per person

The deadline for registration and payment for inclusion of the paper (oral presentation or poster) was Friday, 1st July 2011.

Important notice

Each accepted paper (oral presentation or poster) should be accompanied by one registration (full or student).

Each fully register participant (excluding students) may present up to two papers (oral presentation or poster).

Vassilis Ballas - Masticulture is the local travel bureau that facilitates the organization of the ECQTG 2011.

Fee Refunds

For any cancellations received up to and including 1st July 2011; the amount of 50 Euros will be deducted for administrative costs.

50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between 1st July 2011 and 1st August 2011 inclusive.

The local organising committee regrets that no refund can be issued for cancellations received on 1st August 2011 or after.

Accommodation

ECQTG 2011 following the tradition of a single accommodation location has arranged in collaboration with BCD Travel Greece to reserve 60 rooms at the Astor Hotel (4* - Category A’). The hotel address is 16, KARAGIORGI SERVIAS STR, 10562 ATHENS, Greece near to Syntagma Square and Ermou Street (the high street of Athens). More information about the hotel is available here: www.astorhotel.gr. These rooms have already been booked.

Conference participants are free to make their own accommodation arrangements.
